When supported by the server, HEIC/HEIF images are automatically converted for easier staff viewing. What you need before starting

A photo ID.
Proof of residence, such as a utility bill or similar document.
A current headshot/selfie.
Names and birth dates for household members, if you are adding them.

What if I do not have everything?

Submit only when you can provide the required information. If staff later need something fixed, they may send you a secure update link.

Can I scan my driver license?

If your phone supports it, the scan can help fill in name, date of birth, and address. You can review and edit the information before submitting. If scanning does not work, type the information manually.
